Our Erasmus+ survey found that 90% of universities address corruption, but only 29% offer full postgraduate programs. There’s progress—but more depth and access are needed. We’re working to close that gap.

UNWE Enters Phase 2 of Legal Framework Analysis
The UNWE research team has begun Phase 2 of our Erasmus+ project, focusing on anti-corruption laws across Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, the EU, and global standards.
16 key areas—from whistleblower protection to political finance—will guide the next steps, including national reports, a comparative analysis, and the development of digital courses and podcasts.

UNWE Launches Erasmus+ Project on Anti-Corruption Education
We’re excited to kick off a new Erasmus+ project led by UNWE, in partnership with Panteion University (Greece) and the University of Zagreb (Croatia).
The initiative aims to strengthen anti-corruption education at the university level, improve legal frameworks, and foster academic exchange across Southeast Europe.
Launched in September 2024, the project sets the stage for impactful regional collaboration.

Progress Update: Anti-Corruption Project Partners Align on Next Steps
On October 22, 2024, project teams from Bulgaria, Greece, and Croatia met online to review legal standards, discuss program formats, and plan upcoming deliverables for our Erasmus+ anti-corruption education initiative.
The session also reinforced ties with key international partners and highlighted growing momentum—especially as Bulgaria pushes forward new national reforms.
Together, we’re building stronger foundations for transparency and accountability in the region.
