Building the EU Anti-Corruption Framework
This international webinar brings together experts from Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, and Italy to discuss the evolving landscape of anti-corruption education and policy within the EU. Hosted by the University of National and World Economy as part of an Erasmus+ project, the event explores current national frameworks, EU directives, and the potential for deeper regional cooperation.

What will
ANTI-CORR-EDU do?

Analysis of the legal anti-corruption frameworks at national, EU and international level and the implementing infrastructure, as well as identification of strengths, weaknesses and challenges in anti-corruption efforts.

Development of online teaching materials and recommendations on how the respective anti-corruption curricula can be shaped digitally and in open access format.

Creation of anti-corruption podcasts with key interviewees about key contemporary anti-corruption issues

Creation of a common anti-corruption open access educational website.
Methodology
ANTI-CORR-EDU adopts a mixed-methods design that combines extensive desk research with qualitative and quantitative approaches to capture a holistic picture of anti-corruption education and legal frameworks across different jurisdictions.
The desk research involves a comprehensive review of publicly available documents, academic curricula, institutional websites, legislative texts, and international policy reports.
Qualitative research methods include focus group discussions and in-depth Key Informant Interviews with anti-corruption professionals and stakeholders.
On the quantitative side, online surveys are deployed to collect data from the addresses-recipients of anti-corruption education in Bulgaria, Greece and Croatia.
